Food Columnist Virginia Voigt Roeder Cobb
I have been researching Virginia Voigt Roeder Cobb who had been a food columnist with the Baltimore Sun. This image is from a cookbook which came from the columns. She will be included in my upcoming women’s page editors book.
My wonderful ILL folks tracked down her 1959 dissertation from Johns Hopkins University.
It’s interesting that she studied the impact of working mothers when she was the mother of four children.
