Baltimore Sun: Fun With Sea Food

I tracked down this recipe booklet “Fun With Sea Food” published by the Baltimore Sun in the 1950s. The author is Virginia Roeder who had a background in home economics and a PhD from Johns Hopkins University. I am researching more about her but it has been a challenge as she married and changed names several times.

She will be included in my upcoming book about women’s page journalism.
