I was pleased to learn that Dallas women’s page editor and peace activist Vivian Castleberry was honored by Women’s Enews. I used to write for the group a few years ago. I just sent off a book proposal about Vivian Castleberry. I wrote an earlier bio on Vivian for the Southwestern Historical Quarterly. This proposed book looks further into her career as a Dallas women’s page editor and her important work in the peace movement.
