In honor of D-Day, I thought I would post about Robert “Bob” Dishon. He was drafted into World War II and landed on the beaches of Normandy. He would return home and become an Ohio journalist – meeting and marrying women’s page journalist Colleen “Koky” Dishon. The two would move from newspaper to newspaper over the years.
