Women’s Page Political Journalists Vera Glaser & Janet Chusmir

I have been going through the work of women’s page political journalist Vera Glaser for my book about women and politics. She covered many important issues, including the significant Women in Revolt series.

I am working on material from Glaser’s column, Offbeat Washington, which she co-wrote with Malvina Stephenson.

Janet Chusmir went on to become the first executive editor of the Miami Herald.
