Miami: A Food Biography
I am excited to announce that I just signed a book contract for a book about Miami food. It means an opportunity to study some of my favorite Florida food editors – Jane Nickerson, Jeanne Voltz & Virginia Heffington.
The book proposal was based on the lectures I gave at Rollins College this past summer.
It will be my Spring-Summer 2016 project with a few trips to Miami along the way.
