Teatime to Tailgates & Kathleen Kelly
Just read Teatime to Tailgates and absolutely loved it. Author Jane P. Marshall documented 150 or food, cooking and home economics history at Kansas State University. (Lance is a K-State graduate.) She also includes lots of great recipes. It’s a great read for culinary historians and those interested in regional histories. My favorite part of the book was the history of women who became food editors. There are two K-State graduates in my book, The Food Section: Clementine Paddleford and Ruth Gorrell Gray.
