Miami Food Editor Jeanne Voltz
I have been working on a book manuscript about Miami food history. Today I am working on Miami food editors, including Jeanne Voltz. She was the food editor at the Miami Herald in the 1950s before moving on to the L.A. Times.

Under her leadership, the women’s page section was retired from the Penney Missouri Awards – the top recognition for the pages – because it won so many times.
